Cloud / VoIP systems
All call data and services are accessed via your broadband connection and IP phones which are linked to our secure telecoms platform. A plethora of services are available at no extra cost such as voice mail to email, call recording, call divert, Mobile Twinning App and much more. Starting from as little as £5.50 P/Mth, P/User, the benefits of VoIP solutions are more accessible than you think.
Landline/Hybrid PBX systems
The PBX connects to your traditional landlines and allows users to pick up calls, transfer calls, put calls on hold, connect answer machines, and use traditional cordless or corded telephones. With Line rental at £16 P/line its ideal for the small to medium sized business and comes in a range that can accommodate anything from a 2 line and 7 extension office to a 32 line and 128 extension business, such as a hotel. Lines can also be added via our Hybrid System and a broadband connection from as little as £5 p/user, p/mth.
Mobile Solutions
Not only do we have a Mobile app that links to our VoIP platform, we can also supply you with a Mobile Connection thanks to our partnership with EE. Cloud Telecom Services can offer a wide selection of handsets, Tablets and Mobile routers on competitive contracts. Broadband availability is entirely dictated by the infrastructure in place at any one location and to be frank, It’s a bit of a post code lottery when it comes to what’s available. At Cloud Telecom Services, we will not promise or sell you something that does not exist.
